Step 2:- Import CSV to MS-Outlook

Follow the instruction to import CSV file into PST file are mentioned below:-

  • Open MS Outlook application and go to File>>Open & Export then click on the Import/Export options.
  • An Import/Export Wizard dialogue box will get displayed, choose the Import from another program or file from the various options. Click Next to proceed.
  • Now Select Comma Separated Values as file type, click on the Next tab.
  • Click on the Browse option and select the path for CSV file created earlier using the Export command of IBM Lotus Notes. You can choose the options as per your needs.
  • After this, select the outlook folder where you wish to save your exported data, click Next button.
  • Checked on the given checkbox in the Import a file dialogue box and click on the Finish Tab. Here, you can also change the destination or custom name fields. Click Next.
  • At last, The mailbox data from the CSV file has been imported into Outlook.
