We've been working with salesforce for more than a year, and it supposed to be a great partnership in developing packaging marketplace with unique dynamic CPQ. We were fully satisfied with the result until we discovered that Twistellar develops its own CPQ during working with us. Their product has many common features that lay on the bases of our business model. Many of them were discussed in 2019. Twistellar CEO says that the situation is normal. But we do not agree with that. Why the situation when the developer you hired and paid for the project after a year releases the product with a list of similar features is normal? The question stays opened.
