They have not delivered one lead in 75 days. Their claims of improving revenue for businesses are by taking an unfiltered list, and entering some of them into won deals and people wanting a quote, and assigning a dollar value to those phony leads. They haven't improved my revenue, and got my listing shut off, so they cannot do any SEO that they are hired for. Who can rank on the first page of google without a listing? May to July 2024
Big promises! They do respond to my calls and messages.
They deny they changed my business name, which got my company suspended from Google My Business/Google Maps When I tell one person what to market, they forget to tell the other teams. The other teams keep marketing products I don't even sell.

Stay as far away as you can from this company. They take your money and never deliver any results. They even go as far as saying you will get your money back if they don't deliver results. Well they took 2 months $800 of my money and have not delivered a single thing for me. When I asked for my money back no one will call or email you back. I have been calling for over 2 months and they will still not return a call or email. They also an off site call center to field all there unhappy customers so they don't have to deal with the complaints. This is for the year 2023 as well.
They were great to take you money but other than that the worst experience I have ever had
